7. Advertising

7.1 Our Advertising Model

ChurchCast operates its own internal advertising service. Certain subscription plans may include advertisements within the mobile application. These ads are managed entirely by ChurchCast — we do not use Google Ads, Google AdSense, or any third-party advertising networks or tracking services.

Our advertising model works as follows:

  • • Businesses and organisations pay ChurchCast directly to display their products and services within church apps
  • • Ads are served through ChurchCast's own infrastructure — no third-party ad networks are involved
  • • Advertisers receive only aggregated, anonymous performance metrics about their campaigns (e.g., impression counts, click-through rates)
  • • Advertisers never receive any personal information about church members or users

7.2 Member Data and Advertising

We are committed to protecting your members' privacy in relation to advertising:

  • No member data sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose any member information (including names, contact details, demographics, giving records, or behavioural data) with advertisers or any third party
  • No third-party tracking: We do not use third-party tracking pixels, cookies, or SDKs for advertising purposes. There are no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools embedded in our advertising system
  • No behavioural profiling: We do not create user profiles or perform behavioural targeting for advertising purposes. Ads are displayed uniformly and are not personalised based on member data

7.3 Advertising Controls

You have the following options regarding advertisements:

  • • Upgrade to an ad-free subscription plan to remove all advertisements from your church's app
  • • Contact support if you have concerns about specific advertisements being displayed

8. Third-Party Services

ChurchCast integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
