Please read these terms carefully before using ChurchCast. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ChurchCast ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Service, including church administrators, staff members, and congregation members who access the mobile applications, web dashboard, or backend services.
2. Service Description
ChurchCast is a comprehensive church management platform that includes:
- • Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices
- • Web-based admin dashboard for church administrators
- • Content management system for churches
- • Event management and scheduling tools
- • Financial management and donation processing
- • Member directory and communication tools
- • Bulk SMS and Push Notifications
- • Online giving and donation forms
- • Sermon streaming and media management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of ChurchCast, you must create an account. You may create an account using either of:
- • Google Sign-In
- • Apple Sign-In
- • Other authentication methods as provided
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
3.3 Account Types
ChurchCast offers different account types:
- • Super Admin Users: Church administrators with full access to management features
- • Admin Users: Church members with limited access to congregation features
- Each account type has different permissions and capabilities
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use ChurchCast for:
- • Legitimate church management activities
- • Communication within your church community
- • Event planning and coordination
- • Financial management and donation processing
- • Educational and spiritual content sharing
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not use ChurchCast for:
- • Illegal activities or promoting illegal conduct
- • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- • Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Interfering with or disrupting the Service
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
5. Data Security and Isolation
5.1 Data Isolation Framework
ChurchCast employs advanced data isolation techniques to ensure maximum security and privacy:
- • Church data is completely separated and cannot be accessed by other churches
- • Advanced isolation prevents data leakage and ensures privacy
- • Each church's data is backed up and maintained independently
- • Our security framework eliminates complications from data sharing

- • Complete data separation between all church organizations
- • Independent backup and recovery systems for each church
- • Customizable data retention policies per organization

6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
By using ChurchCast, you agree that:
- • We may collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy
- • You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information
- • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
- • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
- • Your church's data is isolated from other churches in our multi-tenant system
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Plans
ChurchCast offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans include:
- • Basic Plan: Essential features for small churches
- • Professional Plan: Advanced features with monthly or annual billing
- • Enterprise Plan: Comprehensive features for large churches
7.2 Free Trial Terms
Free trial availability and limitations:
- • Free trial is available only for the Professional Plan
- • Trial period is 30 days from account activation
- • Mobile app features are excluded during the trial period
- • Full mobile app access requires an active paid subscription
- • Basic and Enterprise plans require direct contact with sales
- • Trial automatically expires after 30 days unless upgraded
7.3 Multi-Branch Discounts
Churches with multiple branches may be eligible for discounts:
- • Churches with existing branches using ChurchCast receive 5% discount on additional branches
- • Each church branch information is isolated
- • Discount applies to all subscription plans
- • Verification of existing church relationship required
- • Contact sales for multi-branch pricing and setup
7.4 Billing and Payments
Payment terms:
- • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- • Payment is due in advance for each billing period
- • Churches can extend their subscription period by paying additional fees
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
- • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
7.5 Donations and Transactions
For donation/giving processing:
- • We facilitate secure donation processing through the app
- • Donations go directly to the church's configured payment provider
- • ChurchCast does not hold or manage church funds
- • Churches are responsible for their own financial reporting and compliance
7.6 Refund Policy
7.6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- • All new subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment
- • Full refund available if you're not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days
- • Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team
- • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
7.6.2 Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans
- • Annual subscribers may request pro-rated refunds for unused months after the initial 30-day period
- • Refund amount calculated based on remaining full months of service
- • Monthly plan pricing is used for pro-rated calculations
- • Processing fee of 10% may apply to cover transaction costs
7.6.3 Refund Exclusions
- • Setup fees and onboarding costs are non-refundable after services have been rendered
- • SMS credits and additional services purchased separately are non-refundable once used
- • Custom development work and integrations are non-refundable once completed
- • Multi-branch discounts may be recalculated if churches reduce their branch count
7.6.4 Service Interruption Refunds
- • Service credits provided for extended outages exceeding 24 hours
- • Credits calculated based on the percentage of downtime during the billing period
- • Automatic credits applied to the next billing cycle
- • No refunds for scheduled maintenance or brief service interruptions
7.6.5 Data Migration and Cancellation
- • Churches may export their data before cancellation at no additional cost
- • Data export must be requested within 30 days of cancellation
- • We provide reasonable assistance with data migration to other systems
- • Data is permanently deleted 60 days after account cancellation
7.6.6 Refund Process
- • Refund requests must include account details and reason for cancellation
- • Our team may offer alternative solutions or plan adjustments before processing refunds
- • Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment
- • Churches remain responsible for any outstanding balances or fees
7.6.7 Dispute Resolution
- • Good faith effort to resolve billing disputes before formal refund requests
- • Escalation to management for complex refund situations
- • Final refund decisions are at ChurchCast's discretion
- • Disputes may be subject to arbitration as outlined in Section 12
8. Advertising and Marketing
8.1 Advertising Features
ChurchCast includes advertising features in certain subscription plans. These include:
- • Display advertisements within mobile applications
- • Banner advertisements in admin dashboard panels
- • Sponsored content or promotional materials
- • Third-party advertising networks (including Google Ads)
- • Custom-built advertising solutions developed by ChurchCast
8.2 Advertising Policy Updates
For any changes to advertising features or policies:
- • Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of significant changes
- • Updated terms and privacy policies will be provided when necessary
- • Clear information about data collection for advertising is disclosed
- • Options to upgrade to ad-free plans are available
- • Users may opt-out of personalized advertising
8.3 Advertising Content Standards
All advertising content adheres to appropriate standards:
- • Family-friendly and appropriate for religious contexts
- • No adult content, gambling, or inappropriate material
- • Compliance with applicable advertising regulations
- • Respect for religious sensitivities and values
- • Clear distinction between content and advertisements
8.4 User Controls and Preferences
Users have the following control options for advertising features:
- • Upgrade to ad-free subscription plans
- • Limit ad tracking through device settings
8.5 Third-Party Advertising Partners
We may partner with reputable third-party advertising networks:
- • Google Ads and Google AdSense network
- • Other established advertising platforms
- • Analytics providers for advertising measurement
- • Custom advertising solution providers
Third-party advertising partners are required to comply with our privacy standards and content guidelines. Users are informed of any data sharing with advertising partners.
9. Intellectual Property
8.1 ChurchCast Property
ChurchCast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raltech and Casadev Partnership and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to ChurchCast, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8.3 Third-Party Content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party content (music, images, videos) uploaded to the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHURCHCAST/RALTECH/CASADEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
We target:
- • 99.9% uptime for our services
- • 24/7 support availability
- • Regular security updates and patches
- • Backup and disaster recovery procedures
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time
- • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
- • Data may be deleted after a reasonable notice period
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
